Once we receive your order, we will send you and email with tracking details.
Each product is handcrafted. However, we strive to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible, but please allow from 7 to 21 days. They will arrive by courier and a signature will be required.
If the candle you have ordered is out of stock at the moment of your order, we’ll contact to let you know how long it’ll take to hand-craft a new one. For larger orders please contact our customer services at info@inesventos.com
We hope that you are be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
To return an order, use the following address and attach a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase. In addition, we recommend that you also keep proof of shipment.
